Customs, explained
Packages worth US$100 or less are normally duty-free. Above that, Jamaica Customs works out charges on the CIF value: what you paid, plus insurance and freight. We show an estimate before your package lands; the final amount is set by the Jamaica Customs Agency.
Shipments over US$1,000 need a formal customs entry through a licensed broker. We handle it for you. Always upload your store invoice: it's how customs values your package.
